Nicomikha is an independent mangaka, illustrator, and author working across manga pages, cover art, and character design — with a practice built on inked linework, deliberate storytelling, and an efficient, self-taught production process.
Nicomikha trained in semiotics at Méliès College and found early guidance from two mentors: manga artist Israel Guedes, and Mauricio Ossamu, who spent years as Tetsuo Hara’s assistant on Hokuto no Ken. That foundation grew into self-published manga, magazine-featured stories, and illustration work for bands and independent studios.

Approach
Art should be effortless, and express what’s inside the head — the feeling of creation flowing from real hands. Every project, whether an original manga or a commissioned piece, starts from that same principle: clarity of storytelling first, technique in service of it.
