I lost my download, or need my file again
Log into My Account (Orders) on this site and you can re-download any past purchase yourself, anytime. If you checked out as a guest and can’t find it, just message me below with the order email and I’ll resend it.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
All digital sales (brushes, guides, downloads) are final, since a file can be copied the moment it’s delivered. If there’s a genuine problem message me below.
Can I use the brushes in commercial work?
Yes – personal and commercial use are both fine, as described on each product page. The one thing you can’t do is resell or redistribute the files themselves.
What software do I need for the brushes?
Clip Studio Paint. Brushes are provided as .sut/.sutg files, which import directly into CSP’s Sub Tool palette.
Are you taking commissions?
I’m still setting up my shop, but commissions are currently open over on VGen.
Is a printed copy of “A Bolha de Sol” available?
Not right now – physical printing is paused. The digital edition is the only current way to get it.
